Cycling 趣事二三


明天又骑车上班了,希望天气好点. 骑车其实也挺有趣了, 说说几件趣事.

1. 上个星期骑车去上班, 我和我的同事一前一后, 刚过了16ave, 同事在我前面大概10米,刚转过一个小弯, 突然一声巨响, 跟着看见一只鸟从傍边的树丛里惊惶飞起. 当时心想, 不会吧, 在加拿大竟然有人敢猎鸟. 然后看见同事匆忙下车, 原来他的后轮爆胎了.早上出发时才告诉我,打足了气(65PSI). 太搞笑了. 我刚好带了换胎的工具和备胎, 以为有救了, 谁知道我们两辆车4个轮, 有三个都是Quick release的(就是不用任何工具都可以把轮子卸下来),刚好他的后轮不是quick release. 没有扳手没法把轮子拆下来. 经过的人都没有合适的工具.无奈之下只好打电话回公司, 叫人开车送工具过来. 也不知道撞到什么狗屎运, 电话刚拨通, 就看见后面晃晃悠悠来了一辆工程车, 大喜过望,赶忙拦下.车里工具是应有尽有. 花了10来分钟换好轮胎继续上路.

2. 回到办公室后已经过了9点30分了, 洗完澡后正在干活,突然又一声巨响.差点以为遇到了恐怖袭击. 几乎要钻到桌子地下.原来同事放在过道的自行车的前胎无缘无故的又爆胎了,这次是连整个外胎裂开一个大口子.真是祸不单行, 2个小时内前后胎一起爆了. 这下子就不是换胎能解决问题, 不得已同事只好马上去MCA 买了2条外胎,3条内胎, 外加其他一些东西, 这一趟估计花了上百刀了. 究其原因是他买的二手单车, 车胎已经霉掉, 又打足了气, 不爆胎才出奇. 因此日常骑车也要带好备件和工具, 要不出了问题就麻烦了. 最搞笑的是那天在文学城看到一篇文章,说据专家研究, 当天是一年当中最快乐的日子. 对我的同事来说是最不快乐的一天, 对我们来说就是, 因为快笑死了.

3. 现在早晚空中挺多飞虫的, 一不小心就吃到了蛋白质丰富的野味. 地上的地鼠也经常出没. 上一个早上过了32 ave不远, 同事照例骑在我前面, 我在后面相差2到3米, 突然听到一声地鼠的惨叫. 原来一只肥大的地鼠横过Pathway, 被我的同事撞到, 前后轮从地鼠身上轧过,怪不得地鼠惨叫一声. 我跟在后面已经来不及反反应了,那只地鼠刚爬起来, 准备走, 我的车轮又到了, 于是又听到一声惨叫. 可怜的地鼠, 不知道还能不能活. 因为路上偶尔见到地鼠的尸体, 不知道是不是给象我们的骑车人轧死的.

骑车上班, 体验另一种生活, 有节省了有钱, 锻炼了身体,保护了环境, 一举多得. 你要不要试一试?
